By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.
We accept payment through our secure payment processor, Polar.sh. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred under your account.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice. The price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@assettracer.com.
After the 30-day period, all fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

The Asset Tracer name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Asset Tracer or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Asset Tracer. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Asset Tracer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to the Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including to perform maintenance, deploy updates, or due to technical issues.
We warrant that the Service will perform substantially in accordance with the documentation provided by us. If the Service does not perform as warranted, your sole remedy is for us to use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the non-conformity or, if we are unable to do so, to terminate your subscription and refund any prepaid fees for the remainder of your subscription term.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASSET TRACER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
We may provide notices to you via email, regular mail, or postings on the Service. You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
